RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new uniforms. If there’s any issue, you have 7 days from the delivery date to return your items. Simply request a return authority number & form, complete the form and return by email to: info@pccorporate.com.au

• Return postage costs will be at your expense unless items
  received are faulty or not as ordered.
• Goods must be in original condition with all tags and
  packaging intact.
• Worn, soiled or damaged garments will not be refunded.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit amount for any goods that are returned for change of mind.
• No returns or exchanges for change of mind on customised items and uniforms with personalised embroidery or screen printing.
• Your return MUST include return authority form & number. We cannot process your return without a valid RA number.
